Well it was not the easiest place to get to but we successfully walked on the equator. There are two location so we made sure to walk both. Apparently the French made a monument, about 250 meters from the true GPS location, (i guess it is true you cannot trust the French).
Regardless it was fascinating! They did the water experiment, no swirl on, counterclockwise in Northern hemisphere and clockwise in the south. We were also both successful in balancing a raw egg on a nail? Check out our trans-hemispherical kiss!

You have now joined the elite that have crossed the equator. Your crossing was much less smelly then mine. We had fish guts poured over our heads...thanks King Neptune...look it up when you get a chance. Welcome to the Shellbacks!
