April Planning for SA trip

Well April has been busy for Emily and I! I know my brain has been bouncing all over the place trying to close-out life here for awhile, plan what may happen when we return and get ready for life in South America.

We traveled to California early May so we could look at San Luis Obisbo (SLO) and for Emily to ride Chivas (her horse) one more time before we leave. We flew into San Jose and Drove down HWY 1 to SLO, beautiful! SLO is central coast between San Fran and LA and we really liked it! We are pursuing the option of relocating there upon our return from South America. SLO has many possibilies for horses, building, designing, furthur education and good wine. We then went to east bay to see Emily's horse, Chivas. She had a chance to ride him 4 days and say goodbye for a little while. We had a good trip and feel the pull from the Pacific ocean, and the warmer CA weather.

On that note we are cleaning our house packing our bags and saying our goodbyes to all our friends here in Fraser, all while it is windy, snowy and cold! For my goodbye to Colorado i climbed and skied MT. Bierstadt yesterday with my buddy Jeremy. It was enduring but proved that i love Colorado and that God has an amazing imagination!

Our next post will be from Ecuador, we fly there on the 30th of April. We are both excited and look forward to God lighting our path and protecting us. This Adventure is so GREAT for both of us in the journey of life together.
We hope you all check in with us and bring us love and prayers from home. Ciao for now, Dav3
